My name is Kathleen Agnew and I am the current president of the Clubhouse Estates HOA.\u00a0 My husband Robert and I have lived here since 1991 when we moved here from Ottawa, Ontario.\u00a0 We have a grown son who graduated from Countryside High School and Florida State University.\u00a0 I am a retired ICU RN, having most recently worked at Mease Countryside Hospital.\u00a0 Through walking our dogs over the years I have come to know my neighbors and the neighborhood.\u00a0 Countryside is a very nice neighborhood, convenient to just about anything and we enjoy living here very much.\u00a0 I really believe we can get the HOA operating well for the good of the community, enhance our home values and show true pride of ownership.<\/p>\n
