Annual Clearwater Neighborhoods Weekend is scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2024.  Our HOA pancake breakfast will be held on that Saturday at the same spot as in prior years. Hope to see you all there. Please remember, if you have not yet paid your annual dues of $40.00, you can do so at the pancake breakfast.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
