My name is Kathleen Agnew and I am the current president of the Clubhouse Estates HOA.  My husband Robert and I have lived here since 1991 when we moved here from Ottawa, Ontario.  We have a grown son who graduated from Countryside High School and Florida State University.  I am a retired ICU RN, having most recently worked at Mease Countryside Hospital.  Through walking our dogs over the years I have come to know my neighbors and the neighborhood.  Countryside is a very nice neighborhood, convenient to just about anything and we enjoy living here very much.  I really believe we can get the HOA operating well for the good of the community, enhance our home values and show true pride of ownership.
